I heard the other day that Banana is out and Louboutin is in so I dug a little deeper and have found out some more exciting news for the Village. The theater will be opening back up this fall new and improved. I'm thinking updated Magnolia but with a restaurant inside run by the former Abacus & "Top Chef", Tre Wilcox. Also apparently YSL and DVF are looking at opening boutiques as well. HEAVEN!See below articles with more deets:
