Supporting the Locals

I love that using local produce has become so popular when dining out. Of course, the novelty of it if over emphasized can be utterly obnoxious and almost a turn off, but in the case of places in Dallas like Parigi's then have done an excellent job of sharing with their customers where their produce comes from in an unobtrusive way, in turn making you feel better for eating local!
